Dr. Fisher serves clients from many different geographic locations, so your initial consultation with may  be a comprehensive virtual video consultation done from the comfort and privacy of your home or chosen setting. Dr. Fisher will discuss your goals with you, will examine you, and will discuss your options based on which plastic surgeries and techniques you are a candidate for. Your recovery expectations will be discussed and your questions will be answered. 

Dr. Fisher’s Las Vegas practice now focuses exclusively on surgery. We arrange private consultations for plastic surgery procedures. For our local patients interested in injectable and non-invasive procedures, we refer you to our affiliated medical spa located in Summerlin, staffed by our fantastic nurse practitioners.

As a highly experienced plastic surgeon, Dr. Fisher’s Las Vegas practice is sub-specialized for surgical procedures that she has a passion for. This includes the following surgeries:

• Vaginal rejuvenation surgery- Labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction, labia majoraplasty, monsplasty
• Transgender FTM and Non-binary Top Surgery (periareolar techniques, double incision with free nipple grafts, revisions)- Trans female to male, non-binary, and gender non-conforming. Teen FTM transgender patients are welcome.
• Breast reduction, breast implant removal and lift
• Abdominoplasty and Tummy Tuck procedures
• Eyelid lifts- upper and lower blepharoplasty, total eye area rejuvenation, fat transfer
• Current patients- Any cosmetic procedure or revision procedure if you are a current patient of Dr. Fisher since she loves to continue your care. 
• Direct referrals- Any cosmetic procedure if you are referred by a patient or associate of Dr. Fisher

As of 2016, we no longer accommodate any insurance procedures. We do not work with private insurance or Medicaid. If you found Dr. Fisher through your network, we are only contracted for emergency surgery done at the hospital on certain days that the doctor is on call. We offer financing for all elective surgery cases if you need to supplement cost with financing.
